minna vanhala-harmanen - CEO, Barona

Vanhala-Harmanen has worked as Barona's CEO since 2017. Previously she was with Opteam for 10 years. For the past 12 years she has served in the board of the Private Employment Agencies Association in Finland, including five years as chair. Vanhala-Harmanen has become a popular speaker and recognized worklife influencer in Finland, who talks about themes like changing work life, digitalization, labor migration and lifelong learning. This year Vanhala-Harmanen was nominated to SIA’s 2019 Women in Staffing List, which is a great honor in staffing industry.


Andrew Kolokolnikov - Head of Talent Acquisition, Maas Global

Over the past 5 years Andrew has been helping startups and high growth tech companies scale up, currently driving the team growth and cultural change at MaaS Global (Whim) as a Head of Talent Acquisition. Before joining the Whim revolution he contributed to making the world a more musical place with Yousician, growing the team from 20 to 100 - wearing many hats from establishing people operations team, to running entrepreneurship projects.




Daniel Rahman - CEO, Integrify

Daniel is a serial entrepreneur and start-up enthusiast. He is the founder and CEO of leading technology company Integrify that teaches highly educated immigrants coding and connects them with tech jobs. He also serves on the boards of tech start-ups and frequently gives keynotes on topics such as integration of talented immigrants, impactful entrepreneurship and the coder shortage in Finland.



Ilya Mikhalev - Engineering Talent, Smartly.io

Ilya has more than 7 years in international tech recruitment. He is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Smartly.io. Finding talent, building teams from scratch, engaging with people and unlocking opportunities is what Ilya enjoys the most. He has taken on roles as a full-cycle recruiter as well as sourcing specialist. Over the years, Ilya has recruited for everything from hardware/embedded engineers to front-end engineers and everything in between. Lived in 4 different countries himself, he helped more than 200 engineers find new careers and change their lives by living abroad.




Esa Johnsson - Head of Global Mobility, Outotec

Esa has been working with the Global Mobility field for over 15 years and is currently leading Outotec’s Global Mobility team from Espoo. Before joining Outotec, Esa worked a decade with big4 consulting firms in Finland and the US. Elina Nurmi works as a Leading Specialist in Immigration Affairs at the City of Helsinki’s Department of Economic Development. She is also the Managing Director of International House Helsinki, which is a one-stop shop that provides a wide range of information and public authority services needed by international newcomers in the Helsinki capital region under one roof.
